IT Service Desk Coordinator

For our internal and external customers there is a team responding to all customers request going from technical questions to administratieve questions
The new person is assumed to support our customers with following responsibilities:
- Answer to business customers per mail & per telephone, analyse their needs & finding solutions for them;
- Answer to tickets logged for end-users (residential & business users) , analyse issues & propose solutions;
- Ensure the correct dispatching tot he various technical departments;
- Manipulate several IT platforms very fast in order to identify & solves issues very rapidly;
- Ensure a good follow-up of the interventions in the field
- Make administration and reportiong
- Propose improvement solutions in case needed
- Escalate issues and report recurring problems
Degree & Experience:
- technical education in higher education or equivalent experience
- general ICT Knowledge
- Office 365
- open and flexible
- team spirit
- flexible ( Service Desk Coordination provides a 24/7 service. Working in shifts is essential)
- bilingual Dutch and French
- knowledge of English is an asset
