Your Mission
As the commercial lead for the U.S. market, you will play a key role in launching innovative diagnostic solutions and building long-term partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Business Development
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the U.S. market.
- Identify, prospect and acquire new customers within clinical laboratories, hospitals, reference laboratories, oncology centers and genetics departments.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and customer visits.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and account development.
- Represent the company at major scientific conferences and industry events.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence
- Gather customer insights and identify emerging market opportunities.
- Understand customer workflows, challenges and unmet needs.
- Provide strategic feedback to support future product development and portfolio expansion.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
- 3–6 years of successful B2B sales experience within diagnostics, biotechnology, medical devices or healthcare.
- Proven success in developing new business and opening new accounts.
- Experience selling to clinical laboratories, hospitals or diagnostic organizations.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare environment.
- Hunter mentality with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. (50–70%).
